Feladatok:

Creation and maintenance of customer master data, pricing data, delivery schedules, and part numbers, including monitoring and tracking of part prices
Processing deliveries, invoicing special orders, and calculating tooling costs
Processing error and discrepancy reports
Managing launch and pre-series logistics, including delivery note creation and invoicing up to handover to plant logistics
Creation and calculation of amortization agreements
Preparation of tool invoices, payment tracking, and management of outstanding receivables
Coordination of sample part production and monitoring of deadlines and delivery dates

Elvárások:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk, or similar)
Initial experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
Fluent German language skills; good English skills desirable
Understanding of process and data quality requirements
Strong service and customer-oriented mindset
Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
Ability to maintain an overview and prioritize effectively in dynamic situations
