Main duties: • Production planning / Industrialization • Determination of production performance data as well as start-up and manufacturing costs for the calculation of new and change requests • Material flow planning/optimization and their safeguarding • Layout planning / optimization and their safeguarding • Definition of work processes and contents • Workplace design • Design of working processes • Creation of value stream analyses & designs, flowcharts • Introduction of new technologies • Cooperation in the design of customer articles suitable for production • Fixture planning & procurement (operating & auxiliary materials) • Determining the required equipment (number and type) • Creation of specifications for BM and special plants • Support with the inquiry & awarding (technical) • construction supervision, acceptance and introduction of the BM
Project work • Tasks as sub-project manager according to UR P-30-05 • Scheduling and cost control • Project documentation • Planning and implementation of rating projects • Projects (also within the framework of workshops) • Start-up and series production support • Determination of key performance indicators (KPI) • Work balancing through standardized work analysis, Kaizen projects • Flow charts, working instructions, P-FMEA • Engineering changes study and implementation • Execution of R@R • 5S, layout improvements

Qualifications:
• Engineer: Plastics / machinery manufacturing / process technology / lean manufacturing
• Mandatory work experience in similar jobs for a minimum of three years, preferably in multinational
companies in the automotive
Proficiency:
• Production and factory planning
• PC knowledge (MS Office) / CAD (AutoCAD)
• Value Stream Mapping
• MTM or REFA proficiency:
