Feladatok:

Ensuring SMP requirements for new suppliers
Monitoring supplier performance (local, regional, global) and reporting on supplier development.
Design and implementation of a global supplier audit program
Supporting the regions in supplier development based on supplier performance
Monitoring and maintenance of internal specifications and guidelines related to the supplier development process
Performing of potential analyses (VDA6.3 Audit) in context of supplier selection (evaluation of new suppliers).
Global implementation of the Supplier Performance Evaluation System (SPES) in the plants and monitoring its application (input, output, measures)
Based on the current Supplier Performance Score (SPES), control and track the global escalation process and monitor improvement actions (SPES monthly report).
Create and execute the annual supplier audit program.
Conducting supplier audits with the aim of developing the supplier's QM system according to IATF16949 (8.4.2)
Monitoring and maintenance of internal specifications and guidelines in relation to the all supplier related processes (BASE).
Project support of the local SQA and global sourcing teams in the APQP process for critical suppliers.
Follow-up of improvement actions in case of sourcing of as cautionary rated suppliers to achieve acceptable rating (B or A).
Maintenance of SQM assigned tasks in IT systems (SPES, BASE, PriSMa)

Elvárások:

University or college degree preferably in technical faculty
Quality Management education (e.g. Quality Manager)
Experience in quality management in the automotive industry (min. > 5 years).
Qualification as VDA 6.3 Auditor (2nd Party)
Profound knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard and its requirements.
Knowledge of QM methods (Pareto analysis, FMEA, problem solving methods, 8D, 5S, LEAN).
Project management experience in the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, IMDS, REACH).
Knowledge of customer-specific requirements in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of statistical applications in the automotive industry (SPC, MSA, GR&R).
Good knowledge of the English language.
Willingness to travel (min. > 50%).
