Manage, implement, enforce, and monitor Human Resources procedures to achieve the objectives of the different areas of the organization.

Your tasks:

• Manage a candidate pool to fill vacancies in your assigned area.

• Follow up on the results of the selection and recruitment processes under your responsibility.

• Manage internal documents and procedures for the hiring process.

• Provide relevant information for the personnel files of employees in your assigned area.

• Create and update job descriptions in conjunction with your assigned area.

• Follow up on the onboarding process for new employees.

• Monitor absenteeism improvement initiatives in your area.

• Set an example and ensure compliance with the company's established rules and procedures based on Internal Regulations, Collective Bargaining Agreement, and Code of Ethics.

• Update and monitor the KPIs for your assigned area.

• Actively participate in daily HR and Operations meetings, following up on KPI action items.

• Organize and follow up on actions resulting from operational meetings in your assigned area. • Monitoring the employee termination process.

• Monitoring the hiring and HR plan.

• Monitoring the expiration of fixed-term contracts for renewal, based on performance evaluations.

• Monitoring and closing promotion processes in your assigned area.

• Actively participating in the organization of communication meetings and employee events.

• Updating communication boards and SQCDM boards.

• Maintaining a healthy relationship with employees and the union, complying with the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and fostering individual and group participation to enable the company to meet its established goals.

• Ensuring timely and proper compliance with established policies, rules, and procedures within the current legal framework.

• Resolving, together with the supervisors in your area, any disputes that arise from interactions between employees, staff, and the company. • To properly implement the Internal Work Regulations, policies, and internal procedures at all levels to ensure operational continuity and fairness in interpersonal relationships within the company.

• To monitor employee development processes to enhance the organization's human talent and ensure its sustainability.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or Law
For the position of Human Resources Generalist, minimum 2 years of experience or equivalent in the industry, or verifiable knowledge of processes in: Recruitment, Training, Payroll, and Labor Relations.
