Your tasks:

• Management of the entire operation of the factory in accordance with the Law • Planning, development and proposal of business goals budget and development strategy of the factory • Coordination of current operations, ensuring a quality reporting system and adequate communication with the central office of the company • Taking care of developing business relations with financial and other institutions, key customers and suppliers, as well as ensuring long-term cooperation with them • Optimization of all resources in the factory • Responsibility for business results and development of production activities • Responsibility for legality of work, adoption of general acts and conclusion of contracts • Responsibility for representing the company

Your profile:

• University degree, preferred Mechanical or Technical Faculty • Mandatory work experience in similar jobs for a minimum of three years, preferably in multinational companies in the automotive • High level of knowledge of production operations as well as preparation/understanding of monthly and annual financial reports • Knowledge of the principles of LEAN production, SMED, Pull flow, BST - MST, Variability workshop • Knowledge of special customer requirements • Knowledge of the requirements of the standards IATF 16949, IATF 16949, ISO 9007, ISO 14 001, ISO 19 011 • Advanced English skills, other foreign languages (German) desirable • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills • Excellent communication skills
