Your tasks:

• Manage day-to-day caseload for international assignees into / out of Americas (USA, Mexico, and Brazil). Assist with international assignment, permanent transfer, and extended business trip administration. • Act as single point of coordination for international assignees, HR Business Partners, SMP Managers, and external vendors. • Plan details for international relocations and field questions from employees, and HR Business Partners regarding visa and relocation issues. • Prepare cost estimates and Letter of Assignment for pending assignments, and conduct employee briefings. Obtain Certificates of Coverage for international assignees. • Handle all immigration, visa and work authorization issues for transfers between offices and countries. Liaise with external immigration counsel to coordinate visa applications, renewals, job changes and relocations. • Review immigration procedures and legal status of foreign employees.

Your profile:

• Bachelors Degree preferred • Experience in management and administration of international and expatriate policies and programs, including expatriate tax, compensation, immigration, and vendor management. • Understanding of visa and local work authorization requirements. • English fluency required (read / write). German proficiency preferred, but not required. • Ability to adapt and proactively respond to shifting priorities. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees throughout the organisation. • Ability to exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and accountability. • Strong organizational skills. • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
