Your tasks:


  • Support with the definition, development, monitoring and implementation project SMR management platform.
  • Supplier selection process and registration
  • Sourcing process: RFI, RFQ and e-auctions.
  • Supplier nomination. Approval, communication, contracting process, compliance and quality assurance.
  • Supplier portal. Information exchange.
  • Contract management.
  • Support writing down, distributing and implementing procedures related to SMR platform. Train, monitor and ensure the acceptance and follow up of procurement teams.
  • Continuous improvement. Identify potential improvements to accelerate repeat and/or manual process to increase effectiveness and efficiency of purchasing departments. Design, monitoring implementation and follow-up.
  • Training new developments and support required to regional/country directors and local teams.
  • Continuous communication with regional/country directors and local teams to ensure properly implementation, quick bugs solving and agreed potential improvements.
  • Support in the preparation of regular KPIs, monitoring and analysis in relation with SMR system.
  • Develop, implement and monitor special activities on relation to supplier communication, or projects not directly related to SMR systems.
  • Implementation of on-site systems, with face-to-face meeting at any of SMP’s plants. As well as training or follow-ups meetings.
  • Participation in Group projects requiring extraordinary dedication, as well as assistance in design, implementation and development meetings.

Your profile:


  • University degree will be valued as well as technical studies in finance or commercial business.
  • You must have a good level of spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of German will be valued.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skill for negotiation.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness for customer-oriented internal cooperation in project management.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Desirable: Experience in Purchasing and understanding of IT.
  • Availability to travel.
